  • Write and edit contracts, send invoices and handle all communication with guests
  • We’ll give you an app for you to access details about your unit, rental availability, bookings, and more
  • We can block any dates that you want to use the unit for yourself, or friends and family
  • Potential renters can book direct through our website, saving fees paid to other rental sites
  • Assist in Guest Check-In / Check-Out: Setting up airport pickup if needed, getting keys to guests, reviewing house policies, and answering all questions about the unit
  • Coordinate and Pay Housekeeping. Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and produce a cleaning checklist
  • Pre-arrival email with directions, check-in instructions and house rules sent to your guests
  • Pre-checkout email with final instructions on checking out for guests
  • Walk through unit after guests leave with unit checklist (before returning security deposits), as well as replenishing rental items like toiletries
  • Support person and on-call for any rental issues, like repairs or emergencies, that could arise during each guests’ stay, offering 24/7/365 availability

  • Full Service Rental Management Fees start at $100 USD per month and 15% of gross rental income

Property Management – Taking Care of Your Casa When You Aren’t Here

  • Pay monthly utility bills, property taxes, your fideicomiso trust, etc as needed
  • Bi-monthly walkthroughs of your casa, as well as after any major weather-related events
  • Regular testing and maintaining of appliances, including the A/C units, refrigerator, fans, outlets, in addition to the showers, sinks, and toilets, as well as anything that can rust (e.g. hinges on cabinets and doors)
  • Assist with any repairs
