This location and rental was perfect for our three week stay. We loved the easy access to the centro, beach, great restaurants and the market. The kitchen was very well stocked, the wifi was excellent, the whole suite was comfortable and tastefully set up. We had our family stay for part of our rental and the suite easily met our needs for space and comfort. It was nice having the owners on site, not just as a resource but also as a reflection of the quality and care of the unit/shared space. Matt and Ali have added some nice and useful touches like: keyless entry, outside shower, poolside bano, communal bbq, and viewing deck to name a few. The plants and pets all made for a very homey setting.

Matthew and Ali’s place was incredible! The photos really don’t do it justice. The location was perfect – literally steps away from the beach and pool. The view from the living room is breathtaking. Everything was clean and well maintained. One thing to note – there wasn’t any shampoo or bath gel so be sure to bring your own.

The unit was as described. Large and comfortable with a large common space and functional kitchen. The owners are friendly and helpful but keep to themselves and wont intrude on your time. The space feels very private even with all three units occupied. The pool is shaded and cold which we found to be a bonus as a cold dip worked well to refresh us on the hot days. The location is superb on a quite street yet mere minutes to restaurants, coffee, taxis, beach and the malecon. The only thing I would note is that there is only a/c in the bedrooms which means the main area can get hot. This seems to be common practice in Zihua. Friendly cats and dogs on site made it feel like home.
