2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: 114 square meters / 1227 square feet . The first bedroom has a king size bed with a large bathroom and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a sofa couch. The second bathroom also includes a large walk-in shower.

Casa de Ali is located only 15 minutes from the International Airport, and from the casa it’s a one minute walk to our Blue Flag beach Playa La Madera. Everything from the beach, to stores, to bars and restaurants, fishing, shopping and more is walking distance. But if you need a taxi, the taxi stand is located at the entrance to the building. From inside the unit the only thing you will hear is the amazing sounds of the ocean waves. You won’t find a better location than Casa de Ali.

Amenities include full kitchen with full-size refrigerator / freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, cookware and dishes, coffee maker, toaster, blender, linens and bath towels, pool towels, Smart TV, A/C in the bedrooms, washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, large community pool and lounge area, a dedicated property manager, weekly housekeeping for stays of more than a week, and private beach access. 32 stairs will be required to enter this unit.

For rentals, we will also provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels, your first 5 gallons of filtered water (additional jugs are delivered for only 40 pesos), soap, a new dish sponge, and other small tokens to help make your stay more enjoyable. If we are missing something please let us know and we’ll do our best to get it for you!
